The Elmwood is unique among all of our Classic home designs in that it can be configured as a five bedroom three bath house at a very economical price. This ranch design features our largest living room of any home in our Classic Collection as well.

Lakewood Trails
Lakewood Trails is adjacent to the amazing Blair Town Park; including a water park, frisbee golf, pickleball, trails, pavilions, etc. Kids can access this park directly from the community, without walking on any main roads. There are four new pickleball courts being added to the Blair Park, so you can enjoy the fastest growing sport in the country.
