We are able to do this by offering a wide range of pre-designed floor plans that allows the customer to find the design that best meets their needs.  We than allow buyers to select from hundreds of choices in almost all areas of the home.  Rock Creek has developed software that allows the home buyer to watch the price of the home change dynamically as selections are made, changed or taken away. 

Our visualization software and digital imaging of materials provides customers with the ability to "see" their new home before it is ever build.  They can watch as they selections are added to their home from flooring, cabinets, siding, roofing and much much more.

Dynamic & Guaranteed Pricing

Rock Creek Homes has spent three years developing a customer selection and pricing engine that dynamically prices a customer's home on the fly as selections, upgrades, downgrades and other choices are made.  This engine allows the customer to make changes to the price on a real time basis, thus balancing features with their budget.   We guarantee the price displayed real time so there are never any pricing surprises.    In addition to this innovative selection and pricing, Rock Creek does not require customers to buy their lot up front or secure an expensive construction loan.  We only require between 1-1/2 to 4% deposit for Rock Creek to build their dream home.  No one in the building industry beats our low cost of entry into owning a new home.

Supply Chain Optimization

Having the right materials at the right time is a key component  of any successful construction project.  In today's world where delays, back-orders and delivery of incorrect product are so common, Rock Creek has developed a better way.  Through its AI based supply chain automation process, we have the right product available for our project managers at the right time 99% of the time.  This reduces delays, improves subcontractor satisfaction and results in a higher quality home.  Our purchase orders are automatically generated based on customer selections with product secured early in the build cycle.  Our AI engine produces the correct take-offs and material lists ensuring waste factors are taken into account.   This also reduces cost allowing us to offer the best value in the industry.
